Only small and medium-sized dogs and cats are allowed at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to determine whether the pet is allowed in the room.

• The pets that serve the needs of the disabled are allowed at the hotel (guide dogs or other animals).
• Pets of special police units (security dogs, sniffing dogs, etc.) are allowed at the hotel.
• Guests arriving at the hotel with pets must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a mark of all vaccinations.
• The guest is obligated to walk medium-sized and large dogs only in muzzles.
• Walking pets on the playground and on the lawns is strictly prohibited.
• The guest must bring along special dishes for feeding pets. Feeding pets using hotel tableware is strictly prohibited.
• The guest must bring a special tray for cats toilet.
• To take pets to the restaurant, to the hotel’s health complex and to other areas of common use is forbidden.
• Do not wash pets in the hotel shower, don’t use hotel towels, sheets and other hotel bedding.
• To comb pets in the hotel room or in the lobby is forbidden.
• The guest is obliged to ensure the absence of a pet during the cleaning of the room or during repair work in the room.

The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the guest staying with pets:

• in case of violation of the residence rules,
• in case of aggressive, inadequate, noisy behavior of the pet.
